There is a wise saying that health is wealth.  But health always depends on the person’s body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscle strength and other parts of the structure of body. It is also responsible for its physiological actions. Metabolism, morphological status, bone integrity and other physiological condition control over fitness.
Skill in sports is a must. But the skills you need to achieve depend on your physical and mental fitness as well as the life style, nutrition, hygiene, environment, concentration, exercise and rest. To perform your duty perfectly your active action, endeavor, agility, balance, coordination, power, speed, reaction and other performance will help you a great extent. Capability to carry out your duties can make your dream or game plan true.
